I have been tuning into the unseen since I was a child. Always sensing energy, manifesting with (and without) intention, and exploring the power of the mind.

Since earning my first Reiki qualification in 2018, I’ve deepened my path as a Distance Reiki Specialist, Manifesting & Mindset Mentor, and Frequency Facilitator.

My mission is to help others align with their highest potential and feel better from the inside out
